Camping and Caravan Park
A new large 4 acre family site situated in an ideal setting on the banks of the River Garron in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The Wye Valley and Forest of Dean are rich in flora and fauna whether walking driving or canoeing. See the peregrine falcons flying over Yat Rock, buzzards soaring on thermals, kingfishers, herons, salmon jumping and even otters have recently been sighted.

Within walking distance from the park is a good pub, and by car: riverside inns, river trips, and ferries across the river at Symonds Yat.

We are situated 5.5 miles from the market town of Monmouth and 6 miles from the historic town of Ross-on-Wye. The small village of Whitchurch is a 2 minute car journey away where you will find a general store and post office.

Prices are per night and based on one car
Children: Based on ages 4 - 12 inclusive.

Large Tents surcharge (larger than 8ft x 6ft, max size of 24ft x 16ft) £ 3.25  
Afternoon stay on departure day (per pitch) £ 5.00  
     
Please note: Prices are per night and based on one car    
 
  • Site should be vacated by midday on day of departure. However, please ask if you would like to leave later. Pitches available from 1pm. Site open March to September.
  • Please note that this is a family site and we ask that guests respect the quiet nature of our environment. Excessive noise and loud music is not permitted.
  • Bookings taken by telephone. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  • Late Bookings: i.e. up to 7 days prior to arrival and all Bank Holidays including Spring Bank Holiday week, payment in full is required by cheque.

Payment and balance policy:

Elmsdale Touring Caravan and Camping Site reserve the right to charge in full the outstanding balance to anyone who has made a booking by cheque and who either cancels or does not arrive for the booked period unless 72 hrs notice is given.
